Delete your account
You can delete your account and your records at any time. The fastest way is inside the app; if you cannot access it, email works too. If you also want the photos you sent to Afi deleted, write to destek@afiet.co before you delete your account.
From the app (fastest)
- 1Open the afiet app and sign in.
- 2Tap the menu icon in the top right and choose "My account settings".
- 3Tap "Delete account and all data" at the bottom of the page and confirm.
- 4Your meal, measurement and profile records are permanently deleted; this cannot be undone. The link between the photos you sent to Afi and your account is removed; the photos themselves are not deleted.
By email
If you cannot access the app, write "delete my account" to destek@afiet.co from your registered email address. After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days at the latest: your meal, measurement and profile records are permanently deleted, and the link between the photos you sent to Afi and your account is removed. If you want those photos deleted as well, say so in the same email.
